Welcome to the Finance Division of the Department of Administration. The Finance Division provides financial management, accounting, and payroll services to the agencies of the Department of Administration. In addition, we are responsible for the issuance of the State's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Single Audit. Our Vendor Administrator Division oversees the statewide vendor file, including preparation of forms W8, W9, and 1099.
