Overview

The Vendor Section ensures the integrity of the statewide vendor file by facilitating the maintenance of vendor VCUST records and processing new registrations or modifications submitted by state agencies.

Our team conducts quality assurance reviews of IRS tax forms (W-9/W-8) and other filings to verify that vendor information remains in strict compliance with:

  • The Internal Revenue Code

  • State Policy & wvOASIS procedures

  • WV State Auditor’s Office (SAO) requirements

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Managed by the West Virginia State Auditor’s Office (SAO)

All vendors doing business with the State of West Virginia are encouraged to sign up for EFT to receive payments electronically. The Finance Division does not process EFT registrations. Please submit all EFT paperwork directly to the Auditor’s Office.
